How To Care For Your Investment:

• We recommend using coasters and placemats for hot and cold items such as cups, glasses and dishes,
• Keep the humidity even to help prevent wood movement, 35% to 50% humidity is the favored range,
• Protect the surfaces from writing utensils as writing directly on the surface can be damaging, always use something to to block this type of direct pressure,
• Chemicals are not needed to keep your furniture clean, please use a lightly dampened cloth only,
• To move furniture items with legs, always lift and never drag. Dragging increases the likelihood of damaging the legs

Warranty:

• We offer a One Year Limited Warranty of tables and their bases
• Repairs and replacements are provided on manufacturing defects and will not be extended to:
• Natural variations in the wood caused by season changes and humidity
• Inappropriate storage or lack of care (see above care instructions)
• Misuse or abuse
• Damage incurred by third party moving & storage companies
• Small cracks less than 1/16” wide
• Warping less than 10% of the overall width
• Expansion or contraction of glue or epoxy filled voids less than 1/16”
• Exposure to outdoor elements or excess moisture
• Indoor environments where the relative humidity level is not between the ideal range of 35% to 50% (see above care instructions)

Warranty claims due to damage from shipping or defects must be made within 14 days of delivery or installation
